2011 is here! Can you believe it?

2010 has been a great year here at MummyHugs! Baby Slings are now more accessible to you. MummyHugs is now available at many more online shops, at Baby Fairs and now at ModernMum outlets around Malaysia.

We have also set up Facebook Fan Page! And it there's still a big room for more exciting ideas and growth.

2011 is a new year and means that it's a new beginning, new inspirations, new energies and new ideas. Just a sneak peak, we'll be coming up with many new gorgeous design and also exploring into another style of carrier!

International Babywearing Week Focuses on an Essential Skill for Parents

Date: 21 - 23 August 09 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday 3 Days)
Time: 10:30am - 9:00pm, till 7pm on Sunday
Venue: Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Hall2, Booth B 89
We are going for our 2nd baby fair ever, so come on down to support us as we encourage all mothers to wear their babies and breastfeed their baby till as long as possible! Hope to see you there!

In view of H1 N1, there will be temperature testing at the door and mask for sale. Those who have fever have to remain outside. Maybe not advisable to bring baby. Just come yourself with a mask.

By far the largest annual baby fair in Malaysia! This annual event is packed with lots of great products and new innovative ideas for modern parents! In this new age, parents are getting more involved in a baby's life. We used to think that... baby is too young to know anything, but on the contrary, the first few years of a baby's life are the most important years! These are the years that you can maximize a child's potential by providing the correct stimulation and spending time education, bonding.. and loving your child!


Here's a video of our MummyHugs first baby fair in April 2008, City Square Shopping Mall, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. We were honoured to have about 20 parents and their baby join us for our fashion show, it was such a great success. Thank you to all the contestant who participated! The winners walked away with a MummyHugs baby sling each and a diaper cake hampers.

MummyHugs just turned 2!

Dear customers,

MummyHugs is 2 years old! We have come a long way setting up this humble business and would like to thank all our families and friends, our dear customers for supporting us and helping us grow into what we are today. Of course we are only at the beginning and there's still a lot to learn and a lot more we can do to encourage babywearing and positive parenting. We'll continue to work hard towards this cause!:)

To celebrate these 2 years of joy as we send out amazing gifts of baby slings to parents all round the world, we'll be having a photo contest! Together with this contest are attractive prizes to be won!

Get your camera clicking and send in pictures of you wearing MummyHugs baby sling. Show us what you can do or where you can go with a baby sling or if you can wear your baby in different positions. The more unique the photo is, the more creative the better. :)
Together with the photographs, in about 100-500 words tell us how babywearing has helped you in parenting, bonding with your baby, how it has enhanced your life...etc.
